random musing, jobber vs. jobber

Whilst I was supposed to be focusing at work, a stray thought popped into my mind.

Thinking about the heel/jobber dichotomy, I could imagine obviously a heel vs jobber match, and a heel vs heel match. Both of these are about power control and dominance.

But then I wondered about a jobber vs jobber match.

Now I know superficially the term jobber can be seen as weakness but I know from this site that a lot of the guys who identified as jobber are tough guys who could put some heels to shame, if they choose to.

So I wondered what a jobber vs jobber match would be like.

Perhaps I should stop musing about silly things and go to bed.

It would be fantastic-almost equals fighting each other-hard to determine winner. A lot of fun. Have done this a few times.

As a jobber, i can explain my own feeling while wrestling against another jobber :
The game consists to be alternatively the heel of the other, and because we know the best moment while beingjobbed, it's a must to inflicts the pain to the other, just as we would like to be submitted myself ...
Hope you can understand...
Just playing with the moment when the match is done, when the lethal hold is gently applied, just to let your opponent understand that he is lost, slowly, applying the pain, then relaxing before he submits...
Knowing that the next round will be your humiliating round to be defeated ...
... hope you can understand ...
Maybe it's sometimes better than jobber vs heel because some heels are too much ... fast ... when submitting ...

I've wrestled this type of match before. Its certainly a different type of match than the traditional heel vs jobber match. However, sometimes there could be a heel turn with one of the wrestlers during the match depending on circumstances, size/weight advantage, or differences in age or prior experience.

Here is my take on it. It depends on what kind of jobber one is. Is one a jobber because he likes to be dominated and lose and lets his opponent win? Or is he a jobber who tries to win but usually loses due to lack of skill, strength, stamina, or aggression? So two jobbers can have a competitive match, with one emerging the victor and the other a really humiliated guy, who lost to another jobber.
