I am getting a message that my e-mail address is bouncing.

Unless you have chosen not to receive them,
we are periodically sending you message notifications and newsletters.
If those e-mails fail to be delivered over a period of time,
we will stop sending you messages, and you get this message on the top of the page.

Most common causes are:

  • Your inbox is full.
  • Your mailbox is disabled, address changed, or deleted.
  • Your e-mail provider has an overzealous SPAM filter.
  • You are using "Challenge-response spam filtering".

If you want to start receiving e-mail notifications again,
you need to change your e-mail address to something else.
You can also re-activate your present e-mail address.
