In layout left-to-right then top-to-bottom, the button groups go:
Members (6 buttons) / Content (5 buttons)
Connection (9 buttons) / About us (6 buttons)
A bit lop-sided, 17 buttons on one side, 11 on the other.
Since "Who fought Whom" has been offline since for forever, I don't see a reasonable way to implement this any more without turning your screen into some sort of post-apocalyptic line diagram explosion, we could just remove the button entirely.
Really, people should be interested in site content first before anything else, so the layout would become:
Content (5 buttons) / Members (6 buttons)
Connection (8 buttons) / About Us (6 buttons)
13 buttons & 12 buttons, much nicer. Not to mention this puts Photo, Videos, Blogs, Forum, and Chat all in a vertical row, which is nicer, as they're all the communication methods that aren't direct messages.
And then Members leads down to About Us, which is also nicer.
Small side note: "About us" is a header, so it really should be "About Us"
The hover drop-downs along the top of the screen can also be re-ordered to better reflect the main page layout, for consistency and clarity.
And there you go!
