Depending on the surface you’re wrestling on, you could have an “out of bounds” rule. Make your opponent touch the floor outside the pool/tarp/mats you’re oil wrestling on, and that’s a fall. Say, 30 seconds or so where the one who touched the floor has to let the one who forced them there do what they want.
