Would love to try this against a heel or against someone in a competitive submission match....sounds like lots of fun and proves the dominance of the winner :)

Okay, for this one you'll need a roll or two of clingwrap. This is the best stuff to use because it's tight yet comfortable, and doesn't chafe.

Two competitors engage in a submission match. For each submission gained, the third person must bind up one part of the loser's body with the clingwrap, thus making it progressively harder for them to move and apply holds. In order, the parts bound are:

1) left hand (binding fingers together into fist, thus losing ability to grip/hold)

2) right hand, as above

3) left arm (forearm bound to bicep, elbow bent, shoulder still able to move freely)

4) left leg (bent at knee, foreleg bound to thigh, foot and hip still able to move freely)

5) right leg, as above

6) legs bound together

7) left arm bound down at side

8) right arm, as with 3)

9) right arm, as with 7)

Loser is now neatly trussed up and vulnerable to winners punishment. I repeat that it is vital to use clingwrap and not rope as rope will bite into the skin, chafe and otherwise become very uncomfortable over time. Clingwrap also has the added benefit of insulating the bodyheat, meaning the loser will soon be stewing in their own sweat.

Also bear in mind that after a wrestler has undergone a few bindings, they now have fewer loose body parts that their opponents can attack and gain a submission from. An attacking wrestler cannot loosen or free any bound part of their opponent in order to place a hold on them either, so they basically have to work with what is available to them.
