There are so many little variations you can make that increase the intensity of this hold. Instead of a chin lock, apply pressure to the nerve that runs under the chin. This has the effect of an almost instant submission. You can vary the pressure, vary which fingers you use, whether continuous pressure is applied or you move your fingers up and down the nerve.
