You have a good point, flexing should be for blood but not for air chokes to prevent injuries. Wish u were closer to practice techniques with you.

No, not my point at all. You can get a good blood choke without flexing, flexing crushes the wind pipe

Flexing the biceps while applying a choke makes it more effective for many? Do u flex when applying your chokes?
