Give and take is the best way, guys who take give so much better. I give as good as I get, I enjoy it as the only objective in a match, punish the balls, 4 achers to finish.
I think it's quite hard to find someone to. Many more guys seem to like taking low blows than giving them.
I thin the best approach is mutual. Agree to some kickboxing or similar without cups, and with low blows permitted. If done right, it gets competitive and both people should end up with sore nuts.
