Hi, it was not a low blow fight. It was some sparring, but I'd said I wanted "self defence style" and he said he didn't mind ballshots. I said he could wear a cup but he said he didn't care, so I was very keen to fight.

He landed a half-hearted punch on my nuts, but in 14oz gloves it didn't hurt. I got him at the end and he was in a bit of pain. So I was disappointed that he didn't get mine properly but the good thing is when I got him he took a minute to walk it off and didn't seem put off by it.

Unfortunately we didn't get to meet again before I had to leave the UK, but I am sure we will fight again and I have high hopes. I asked if we could include kicks next time and he agreed, with ballshots.
