A fun house rule could be that it's not allowed to push your opponent's foot away or to pull yourself back once it has touched you. Once his sole is on your skin, you have to endure it for as long as he keeps it there, no matter how sweaty or smelly it is.

While you're busy enduring the smell of each other's foot, you can use your other foot to spread your scent on each other's belly and chest, or knead each other's bulge until it's hard (if it wasn't already), increasing the humiliation, and weakening each other further.
