Fighting in suits is cool, because a suit jacket usually can be grabbed so handily, and usually is strong enough to resemble doing it with a martial arts gi. Makes it easy for takedowns, throws, or general thrashing a guy around – Actually makes for safer action like a gi does; because one can control the direction and intensity of those actions.
The major downside (other than garment cost) is I have never met a potential opponent who has wanted to wrestle, grapple in any wrestling or martial arts category while wearing a business suit, locally. Folks simply seem to have no interest and seem aghast at the idea to do this..
Making videos of fighting in business suits would be hot as hell in my not so humble opinion.
totally agree - i see plenty pics/vids of guys trashing suits in mud but hardly any of guys fighting in suits in mud! why they seem aghast at idea yet will mud wrestle in speedos or naked?? i love mud fights in leather suits too and have had many in leather but also several in suits - in the wet in oil in mud and in manure and slurry - if we were closer love to do a range of oil mud muck fights with u in suits and leather too like a leather biker fighting a guy in a business suit in mud or filthy muck i have done that was so cool - be great talk more and can then tell u more bout my fights if u like to by email - if not no probs but in case mine is [email protected]
Got to find some guys willing to be in a video with me. That clip was about as tame a Muzak[tm] compared to death heavy metal rock, or a firecracker compared to a nuke. Gotta admit, though, something is better than nothing; and it could incent a goodly number of guys to say "let' us make a better one." :) Doing one in a safer environment, such as well padded matroom, tho locking the allure of an office environment, would enable a real feisty, violent appearing product, looking more like a real fight.
Sometime I should get over to Goodwill and price out the used suits they sell. I have several up at the Spruce Mtn place; but the fuel/time cost is probably more than getting 2 or 3 at a "thrift" shop locally.

It's a full-on brawl between two guys in suits, way above the usual rip-n-strip suit wrestling I've seen elsewhere. You can see the whole fight for free just by registering on his web site, but why not show the guy some support by buying an HD down load?
