Don't know the rules of them. Just do things so nobody ends up needing a doctor, a dentist, a lawyer, or an undertaker. Just ad hoc the MMA and the kick stuff as lessons around here are too scarce and too expensive. But I'm working on using fists, elbows, shoulders, hips, thighs, knees, shins, calves, and feet as 'weapons.' I'd do better if I could find a local partner interested in same.
If I had such a partner, I'd even get the protective gear used for krav maga training. Not exactly getting safer for the LGBT population around the USA in the past year; so I want to have fun learning/doing this with my mates here, while making sure I can defend myself in real life out there.

I wrestled a guy many years ago, met at his place, him in levis, me in wranglers, both said we would wear button down dress shirts, barefoot, locked up before the door shut and we hit a few walls, stepped on some feet, grabbed shirts and buttons went flying around, the shirts did end up getting pretty ripped up, but still stayed on as we struggled and hit a few more walls over the arm of the chair and then to the floor, rolling around locked together...was fun. Love to do that again
