Well once you join the group and respond to something in the topic, you'll get a notification. Other than that, you have to go forums and groups, select your groups to see what the latest topic is.
I'm getting notifications to posts in the Interest Groups I've never even visited. I see no other way than to leave all Interest Groups to stop them. And it looks like I can't delete messages either. What a primitive system.
I remember when I first got into gut punching and watching vids around 13, I remember this match there this older guy held this teen down, pulled down his singlet and pounded the fuck of his abs.
Has anyone every punished a cocky young teens abs or somebody younger than you?
I was talking with this guy the other day because I was trying to get some training on the fundamentals of pro wrestling since I'm comfortable in the ring. It just so happens in one of his photos:
I think I know what video you’re talking about. It’s still around if it’s the one I am thinking of. The guy punching the younger guy is wearing an all black singlet, and the younger one has a navy blue singlet with head gear on right?

Yes, I got to work on a young fix guy. He had great abs but they could not last.
