Always thought one of those large round hay bales would be perfect for racking a guy for GP. Could tie his arms up overhead, roll the thing back a bit to get his feet off the ground and arch his back (presenting his gut "front and centre"). Put a log under it to keep it from rolling back.

You could also set him up on it by just pulling his arms straight back and tying them to the back of the bale, leaving his feet on the ground. Still arches him a little but not as much as above his head.

Any farmers in here? I volunteer as the first victim!

Both! why limit yourself to working a guy in one position? Arms overhead, he can't flex well and the pounding is wonderfully brutal. Arms behind him, you get the fun of folding him over and feeling your fist get sucked deep into his gut.

exactly. my favorite sessions have been being tied to my heavy bag , another sweet one was with my arms tied to the roof bar of my explorer) . Love giving up control all exposed and vulnerable :)

hands tied behind the back gives more support, especially to the lower back if tied to a heavy bag. Hands tied overhead can be fun but puts strain on shoulders.......

Exactly the way I like it - you can't see the fists coming and never know what to expect.

I have had that done with a pillow case over my head so I never knew when and where the punches would land.

That is the BEST way to get worked over - especially if your abs are as strong as mine.

That's my favorite - you never know when the next punch is coming.

I have been punched both ways like that in the past and had my arms tied onto a metal bar and pushed against the wall to be pounded.

For a gutpunch session you prefer to see folding the person or having him tied arms above his head and why?
