I deduce from your build that your stomach is rock hard and it will be difficult to make you throw up even if you are on a full stomach. maybe you should get punched without hardening the muscles. But I wonder if it is wise to hit a man's stomach even while he is performing his function. I love the GP but I always try to be very careful in carrying out this practice.
