Malegutpunching is doing a lot to help make this happen for everyone.

Malegutpunching deserves a big thankyou for the tremendous job he did with the survey and data for which city and best dates available.
Las Vegas Nevada came up with the most responses for the city. And April 14-16 came up as the dates which most of the people said would be the best dates.

This thread is to find out who else might be coming to this event.
As of the present time some of the important details still need to be worked out.
Things like Meet and Greet, and where to go for our activities, etc.
I propose a Meet and Greet breakfast on Saturday morning, the 15'th of April.
But I am also open to lunch or dinner plans on Friday April the 14'th.
Also open to group dinner on Saturday the 15'th.
I would like to leave this open to hear from everyone who might be considering attending this event.
At this point any input is greatly appreciated and there are no bad ideas.
If anyone out there is considering coming to Las Vegas for the stated weekend of April 14-16, please sign in here with your own input.
So that if possible we can do some brainstorming and start nailing down some ideas together.
