There are a whole host of reasons they might suspend their accounts, including their financial situation, not wanting to meet during the pandemic, a multitude of family challenges, etc.
There are many personal reasons a person might suspend their account. A couple I can think of off the top of my head would be potential Job interviews where a search might pop up. Another might be a change in their personal life where they don't want this one to interfere. In either case, unless Meetfighters did it to them for some reason or another, they suspended it by choice. If and when they return you'll have to ask them.
I often notice that members sometimes temporarily suspend their accounts for this site. Any guesses as to why this happens? I'm assuming it's because they're temporarily concerned that someone else may find out about their interest in this topic, so they decide to abandon it for awhile. Is that a reasonable assumption?
