1/04/2016 1:08 PMIm like ThickAbs. Im in the gym 4 days a week and I do a lot if ab work. It just takes less effort to tighten up. And you can take and absorb more when your n abs are conditioned for it. I love the rush when my stomach muscles are screaming from high forced reps. Leaves me on an endorphin High

7/14/2015 2:35 PMThat is good, but NOTHING is as good as regular action. The more you learn to take withouth going down, the stronger your abs get. I have been swapping since I was 17 and now feel like my abs are unbreakable unltees I WANT to give in!

7/13/2015 2:49 PMi work my entire midsection very hard so it takes me very little effort to tighten up. I can take harder deeper blows with less effort I have 20 different work out routines to keep it interesting.
