This is by far the BEST position for a LONG gut work over. On your back with your ankles and wrists tied and your body stretched out. VERY hard to flex abs in this position and you are WIDE OPEN and unprotected.

The Jobber either (a) on his back, wrists & ankles tied in bondage, OR (b) have him standing against a wall, arms outstretched to his sides, wrists tied TIGHT to the wall. Ankles tied is optional. Then slug his gut for hours!👊👊💥🥵
