But whether there's padding or not just feeling my fist smack or dig into someones gut is enticing 😉

“Flat but soft” says it all, and precisely. And punching David would be so much fun (the real one; not the statue, with regard to my fists).
I think I get the idea of a fist sinking in deep, but still, I’d prefer my fist to sink into intestines, not into fat. The fat tsunami wobbling away from the impact spot is not much of a turn-on for me.
I think it's good that guys like their own body shape best. When I was overweight, I didn't like how my belly looked. My weight has gone up and down for much of my life, so I experienced having both a big belly, and a flat one. About 15 years ago, my weight became pretty stable after getting down to 145, but now it varies between 140 and 143. Years ago, I did a lot of crunches to keep my abs strong, but finally realized I'd rather a fist sink in than bounce off. So now I'm as Freetown described, "flat but soft." There's no fat to absorb impact, so a fist will displace intestines, and can compress the ab wall against the spine. I feel a punch WAY more than I did when I was heavier. When a fist hits fat, it goes "splat." When it hits meat, it's more of a resonant "thud." It also forces more air and grunts out. I also think seeing a fist double over a lean body is more entertaining.
As I said, it's good when guys are happy with their bodies, regardless of shape, and their preference should be respected.
When it comes to someone who punches me, I really enjoy the thought of a guy whose body shape is the opposite of mine. I think the contrast makes it more fun.
beyond the pleasure of hitting the belly or the stomach, do you love more hitting a flat abdomen, or like me, a soft abdomen with a few extra pounds? I the second one because I am too excited by the idea of feeling and seeing my fist sink into the soft abdomen of the partner, seeing it immersed in the belly, and the latter full of those inward folds that show how much the fist is sunk. you? motivate your choice.
