and above all the expression on receiver's face when after a long session his endurance is almost over, as he stands with his mouth open and half-closed eyes and his abdomen is aching and a little bruised.
The feeling of the punches or knees pushing into my body after weakening my muscles. I don't like just the skin being bruised so I prefer being hit with gloves so my abs are tested to the limit first. I think what excites me is how much I am willing to take and the feeling you get deep down near the end of the session, obviously going deep there are some safety concerns so I have not done a session like that yet.
The other thing that excites me is if my opponent is well built, so I can imagine what he can do to me if he wants
Seems like I finally ran into a bunch of guys I can relate to. I keep a low moan going throughout the session. That way, every punch drives out a great grunt. I also like a flurry of punches that drive out a bunch of grunts in rapid sequence till my lungs are empty.
Sometimes I think about being chased till I'm exhausted and out of breath, then backed against a tree and gut pummeled. I want the puncher to act convinced that I really do deserve gut punishment, for example, seeing me as a low life conceited wimp that needs the egotistical arrogance punched out of me. In that way, my gut becomes a source of uninhibited fun for the guy.
The progress of punching a guy when he is flexed and hearing the thuds when I punch him to eventually hearing groans and feeling my fist sink in more. The process of breaking him down is so hot to me
I'm with Halndallas regarding the expression of the puncher. I like to see a look of intense determination and obvious pleasure when the punches sink in. I"d like a few strategically placed mirrors and cams, so I could see the my gut caved in from various angles, then watch it happen over and over.
the look in the punchers eyes and face that says 'im getting IN your abs and weakening you pal' and me thinking 'no youre not, my abs are keeping that big fist OUT'
The rush and sight of a man taking good hits to the ABS and ashamed to say I get off when a shirtless man hits me. The feel of the blow after blow and seeing the muscles flex
Dont feel ashamed of anything. I love it when Im beaten hard and Im taking it as well as when I am beating someone else who us in equal shape taking it. No reason to be ashamef
