I've been in hundreds of head scissors over the years, and when the scissors are around my face/head I have never passed out or felt light headed. I just enjoyed the sheer power, till it was too much to take then tapped out - and did it again & again.
I used to allow the scissors around the side of my neck, and of course I either tapped in time or got ko'd.
Maybe I did not understand it correctly since english is not my native language but i believe the OP asked if someone could be KOed by crushing his head, not is neck.
Did you KOed someone just by crushing his head or you wanted to say that you have done it many times by crushing the neck, which I totally believe since I saw your video many times?
Headscissors needs to be tight on the neck with the head secured for a KO...
I have KO'd guys with straight scissors but fig4's are especially effective..
And I have been KO'd many times as well...
