Next OPEN GYM will be Saturday, May 13th, 2023. Noon to 5pm. Josh will be there again to teach, coach, and roll/box with you. If enough of you want to roll in some oil, then the last hour will be open oil wrestling, group style. Kruhn will be posting on the event page soon. Please to avoid confusion, wait for Kruhn to post under the events. He will let us know when it is done. I will try to be there to open up and host. Sorry I missed the last one. $20 at the door, water and snacks will be there for you. Had a big group of wrestlers and boxers last time. Let's do it again, bring or invite a friend.
