I disagree with the comment about the deeper an innie the more fat, each is different and have seen deep innies on men with low body fat

My BMI is 17%. I still have a bit of fat there. Besides, you aren't disagreeing with what I said, but instead how you chose to misinterpret it. You're talking the "deeper... the more..." What I said has nothing to do with a ratio. However, in order for an innie to exist, there must be some fat. Otherwise, the innie would be an outie, unless the underlying muscle corresponding to the shape of an innie was removed, or the abs are inflated with air or gas (not GI gas either). If there's no fat, it's just the naval resting against muscle, which forces it to be an outie, unless you consider a surface fold to be an innie. If you can show me an innie on completely fat free abs, I'll be impressed, but you'd still be disagreeing with your own imagination rather than what I said.

You can show me six packs all day long that have innies, because there's enough overlying tissue to make that possible.

Usually, an innie is an indication of at least a tiny bit of fat, but doesn't preclude a six pack. I don't give the naval much thought, but I'd be all for Abpuncher pushing and prodding deep into my gut.
