I think Duke is applying a pinch on the right side just below the ear and the legs are used to steady ricky and to apply pressure at the pinch. Very intriguing move and want to learn it, have it applied on so I can know when I have it right

I don't quite know either! Looks like a headscissors to me and maybe he's pinching his neck with his hands also. Either way agree it's very hot.
