Interest Group Gap

The Mid-Atlantic group has 86 Members to date; and it's good to see men on both sides of "borders" and even farther joining the Mid-Atlantic AND remaining in their original groups; as I did not want to draw anyone away from (i.e., quitting) where they were originally. In the same way that if any of you guys in the Southeast group happen to visit the DC-N VA area, you're welcome to come tangle with me in my Arlington VA matroom.

This group attracts very few guys north of a line roughly 50 miles north of the Virginia-North Carolina border and south of the New York City Metro area. Seems to be a total lack of eastern Pennsylvanians and eastern West Virginia.

Perhaps it is time to get a Mid-Atlantic group to take in roughly a 250-mile square geographic area to cover Richmond VA north to mid-Jersey and Pennsylvania extending west to about 25-50 miles beyond the Allegany Front (Eastern Continental Divide) of PA, MD, WV down to a line roughly 50 miles N of the VA-NC border

Any feelings on this?

I think you might have a good idea Spuceman. There are a lot of people in the mid-atlantic. Maybe breaking away from the group that is mostly further south would aid both groups in getting actual matches in place.
