12/24/2014 3:15 PMMack. Great post. I will have to try get over when I'm in the states next.Made me really want to do a long match again. Also reminded me of one Christmas when I was snowed in in New York with no hope of getting home. I met a young wrestler for a match
at my hotel, who happened to be Jewish. In his words, what else is a good Jewish
boy going to do at Christmas! I think this is when I realised that Iron Man Matches
are amazing with the right opponent.
Anyone in the United Kingdom or Europe up for a No Time Limit match?Hard to find people truly with the staminar to do this. Contact me if you think you have what it takes. Lets do this.

10/31/2012 4:13 PMNo time limit are the best matches when you can find an opponent that can also do it. My longest 2 matches go to 3rd place. 25yo Fantasyfeak in NJ. 2 matches at just over 6 hours. Awesome guy a great opponent. 2nd place. 28yo Roel (not on this site) from chicago. Rolled for close to 7.5hours. Great fun and good for a give and take match. 1st place. 21yo themaskedwrestler (jay) from Texas. OMG this kid is fast, fun and has stamina like nothing i have come across in years. Stayed with me in NYC and we spent the first day on our own just wrestling non stop. was close to 9 solid hours in the end and s**t we hurt the next day.

i love no time limit wrestles. i challenge all my friends and I have a few with mad endurance and we wear eachother down. it is the ultimate in male bonding to wrestle till exhaustion. It is an intense struggle between men.. I have wrestled about 7 hours one time - a weekend with a bro because we had the house to ourselves and just spent the whole match on a small mattress.. fun tight close quarter wrestling.. trying to wear eachother down.. but usually i wrestle my buddies for 1 to 3 hours normal.

How long do you usually go on?

The most I went for was for 30 minutes.....but a lot of time it's like 15-20 minutes, break for water and repeat. The time goes by quick. I started doing unlimited a couple months ago and it's great without a timer.

2/12/2012 11:44 AMSometimes a short break is good if the action is getting slow due to fatigue. A few minutes to catch your breath, and you're good to go for another hour :)

1/27/2012 7:42 PMThis is how I always fight. I don't go to matrooms to sit around talking. I'm the one who's always saying "But you just had a break!"

1/27/2012 12:48 AMLove long exhausting matches without time limits. Battles of endurance and will. If well matched, by the end both guys are exhausted and weakened. Is a great experience.

1/25/2012 1:17 PMAnybody else experimented with time unlimited matches? A match I call Iron Rules
Multi round submission to exhaustion of both wrestlers. Both wrestlers agree on the end. There is usually a backend too, depending on the availability of the room. At Barnet it is around 3 hours
Short 5 minute breaks can be taken for water/catch a break... but essentially it keeps on rolling.
tactics can change from long exhausting pins to putting on submissions The game is both staminar and skill. A marathon not a sprint.
I have tried this with a few guys and it is a great workout. But not for the feint hearted.
