When other members on here tell me they have gained weight and lost muscle strength due to COVID.... I Don't Buy That. Here is why ?
This is a simple way to stay in shape, and drop 10 or more pounds SAFELY, that we can All do at home: If you want to make it a Forced Workout...Do it several times or to FAILURE. I send this to guys all the time and it works.

Follow this. you want to drop 10 pounds in 28 days safely, do this: NO Bread, No Pasta, No white Potatoe, No Rice No Corn and NO Sugar, drink 1 gallon of water every day.
