I have been training piet819, for the last several weeks. He has done all of this. We know this is working for him. 3 different sessions

3 Alphabet Leg Raises
300 Weighted Crunches (11 pounds)
150 Oblique Crunches (l/r)
50 Bridges
50 Push-ups
300 V-sit-ups
300 Punches

6 sets of 50 V-sit-ups. slow: 3-sec./rep. - 1 minute rest between sets
50 bridges.
3x100 oblique crunches R/L. - 1 minute rest between sets
50 bridges.
3x of BOSU alphabet.
100 pounds on the navel.
100-100-50 crunches on BOSU. - 1 minute rest between sets.
100 pounds on upper abs.
5x10 BOSU upside down push-ups.

400 V-sit-ups
400 BOSU oblique-crunches left
400 BOSU oblique-crunches right
4 BOSU alphabets
160 bridges
30x 30 seconds hold in, 1 minute push out on kettlebell.
Really nice workout...;-)
