Had a satisfying sensation starting around 10 y/o when I see ripped abs getting punched or kneed. Started to check-out vids from various fight scenes in movies.. Boy, we have made a great strides in terms of content! :)
I was 12 years old, although I didn't take it seriously until I was 14. I used to meet some of my friends and classmates for body boxing matches. I had a big isolated room at home which served its purpose. I would spend hours there.
Ich war 25 als ich mit Teawondo Anfing , und der Meister mich immer aussuchte zur Demonstration und ab und zu mal durch schlägt und mich voll in die abs Boxte oh man habe kein ton gesagt von da an hatte er immer voll zugeschlagen, und nach der Stunde mussten einige dableiben die nicht hören konnten wenn der Meister was sagte , musten uns auf den Boden legen und der Meister ging langsam über unserre Bauchmuskeln und blieb auf einige stehen und erzählte uns was über Respekt und hüpfte dabei .
yes, but after this first session I had a lot of pain for weeks. he gave everything - elbow, fist, knee.
Today I have only 2 or 3 days of muscle soreness, but I love the muscle soreness ;o)

yes, I noticed for the first time oh one did that well yes and then I always annoyed him, so I still have to stay longer.
