Our fellow member, mochablk, has provided an excellent selection from BGEast, and in many respects it has given us some learning opportunities. The difference between the two fighters, Mr. Fryer and Mr. Johnson, is that the former took the time to do some very good stretching, and the latter apparently did not bother. Clearly a mistake, and one which I hope the membership takes note of and emulates Mr Fryer. Both wrestlers demonstrated some good holds as well as mistakes. I particularly am pointing out the scisssors move initiated at the beginning.
The end of the video shows how an oil match can add a significant challenge to wrestlers. This was executed as the Greeks did several millennia ago. Perhaps more of us will opt at some point to adopt this form of wrestling; it may well make stat differences less daunting for the smaller of any two opponents.
