Any hold I'm in that has me screaming in pain at the moment... but for me the most painful (and dangerous) are shoulder wrenches that lead to arm bars - the torquing on my elbows is deadly - and I have learned just to tap out as quickly as possible with that hold. Be warned - if you overdo this hold your tendons that attach to the elbow become stressed - its very hard to recover from!
That's a very valid point. I think we all have good pain thresholds here but I hope we're all smart enough to realize when certain holds could cause injury if resisted too long. Pain is one thing, injuries are another.
HyperNormalisation ... very impressive hold! Absolutely wonderful to see the final hand locking to complete the hold ... all we need now is to see that hold locked on in a private match on a stubborn jobber for a longer time!
Yeah he certainly is the master of submission holds. And that looks like an extremely painful submission hold to be locked up in. I must try that on an opponent !
