I have known mostly about this my life and visits to Europe since i was 13-14 yrs old. He and my uncle saw it as quite normal. We continued to have nude work outs/ training and wrestling from that point.

Yes after he realized that i was cool and comfortable with getting aroused while wrestled then he would usually get a hard on for the match.
