Still on the shelf but so far siegeey seems to have taken well. Even dropped close to a dozen pounds since summer which should help when I start rehabbing and building back up to fighting shape.

Sadly only able to talk and write a good fight for the foreseeable future. Neck Surgery coming up before New Years and be at least a year and likely longer before it could be fully recovered enough to handle any sort of rough housing or wrestling.
