Great guy on and off the mats! We had a tough match fun match. He's one strong guy with some tough muscles.

Met this guy when he was visiting and it was a good battle back and forth. He's strong and a good wrestler. I hope to wrestle him again!

i always enjoy meeting other wrestlers when i travel and this was no exception. paulwhite was an excellent host and set up a round robin for us with other wrestlers. i had a great time all around and it was good to get to know the other wrestlers. great sparring sessions and they were excellent hosts! highly recommend!

007Champion and I have wrestled several times over the years and I think he keeps getting stronger. He doesn't make it easy to get a tap out at all. Big, powerful, and knows his moves and how to work a submission hold. He's also very nice off the mats. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my match with dcwrestle76. He is very relaxed and welcoming, and definitely put me at ease beforehand. He's super fast on the mats though. A couple times I relaxed a little to adjust my grip and he was able to instantly take the advantage. After some good back and forth he got me to submit to avoid a KO. He brings it hard and keeps it safe. I'm definitely looking forward to another match with dcwrestle76!

DancerDC and I had a great time meeting and wrestling not too long ago. He's strong and tall and knows how to use that to his advantage. After a few more matches under his belt, I'll be in big trouble. Great wrestling and he's very nice off the mats too - highly recommend!

Jon is a fantastic wrestler and a great guy. Every time I thought I had him in a hold or scissors or something he would bend, contort and reverse me somehow. He's very strong, wonderfully cut body, small waist, broad shoulders, and technically smart with his moves. On top of that, a wonderfully nice guy. Highly recommend, and hope that I get to roll with him again sometime soon.

Briansp and I had a great back and forth match. We had our match last minute and it was easy to arrange and he was very accommodating. He's tough and strong and has some good moves. I would definitely recommend him and hope to wrestle him again.

I had a great match with Jon. Neither one of us got a submission in but it was very competitive. He is fit, tough, has great endurance and is really fun to roll with. It was one of the best matches I've had for a long time.I'm looking forward to our next meeting.

It's hard to add much to the excellent recommendations that Jon already has here. He's an allround good guy – smart, articulate, easy-going, reliable, and on the mats he's tough, quick, strong, very fit, and skilled. I had an extremely enjoyable match with him and look forward to more matches in the future. Anyone who is in DC or traveling through would definitely enjoy time with him on and off the mat.

Jon is polite, reliable and a very strong and technical wrestler. He's not big but his power is impressive! He is smart and quick on the mats. It' s very hard to submit him, because he doesn't give up easilly. He 's so good, he even submitted me twice, using smart jointlocks and neutralising my weight advantage. He gave me an excellent fight! So, I highly recommended him to anyone, bigger or smaller. Jon is one of the best opponents someone can find!

I met extralarge while on my trip to Greece. He is very strong and competitive. I would recommend him to other wrestlers and prepare yourself for a good workout! I hope we will have more time to wrestle the next time we meet.
