Had an awesome time rolling with throw! We had competitive style bouts and went for hours. He is tough as nails. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t get him to tap for me. I can only hope I made him as sore the next day as he made me (the good kind of sore of course). And as tough as he is on the mats, during downtime he was super chill, easy to talk to, and a great host. Dying for a rematch whenever he is ready to give me another go!

I had a fantastic match with the pmj92. He is a tough competitor, has a great defense, and has strong legs. He is extremely agile and can take a lot of punishment. His endurance is quite impressive, and we went against each other for hours. He was a lot of fun to talk with on and off the mat. I highly recommend taking him if you have the chance and look forward to having another match with him. Don’t worry he lets me the good type of sore afterward.

I had a great match with RoRo1. He is a strong and fast wrestler. It was his first match, so we went over a few holds and gave him a few pointers. He already had a good foundation of knowledge and is a quick learner. For someone just starting out, he is a safe and controlled wrestler. RoRo1friendly a pleasant person to chat with on and off the mat. RoRo1 has some great energy he just needs to pace himself and slow down. Looking forward to taking him on again.

Throw graciously hosted me and MKell for a round robin match. Throw is a strong and skilled grappler who knows how to use his size. A few times I was close to getting a submission out of him but he always put up an incredible defense! After our match, throw let me practice some new holds and techniques on him, which I appreciated. He’s a nice guy, and if you’re in Kansas City, be sure to stop and grab Joe’s BBQ!

wrstlematt for a new wrestler is extremely fast and has some great instincts. He a strong man who knows how to use his strength in a variety of ways. He comes in hard and once gets in a hold he come even harder. He can take it as well as he dishes out it took a lot to make him submit. To go along with the speed he has a lot of energy and was a pleasure to take on. He is a generous and kind person and I hope I get to take him on again.

Throw was a gracious host to a round robin wrestling workout. He is a great guy and easy to chat with. On the mats, he is tough as heck! He has a great skill set and uses his strength and power strategically when rolling. It was a great workout and great time! Definitely take this guy on if you have the opportunity!

I got the lucky chance of taking on MKell while he was in town. He was a blast to take on. Not surprisingly he is extremely strong and talented wrestler. He knows a variety of submissions and put in a few of them. His talent extends to his control and he will stop the moment you tap. Most of the match was seeing how long I could delay him making me submit. He is also a great teacher and was patient while giving my friend and I a few pointers. He is friendly and personable and a pleasure to talk to on and off the mat. If you get a chance to take him on, I highly recommend it.

I had a blast wrestling with KCwrestlrrr. He has some good instincts and knows how to hold himself. He has some good speed and immediately put me on hold whenever he had the chance. We practiced a few different holds and KCwrestlrrr is a quick learner. Was a pleasure to wrestle with him on the mats and talk to off them. I look forward to taking him on again.

Throw and I went at it right away. He's a very strong wrestler, maybe even the strongest guy I have ever wrestled. I managed to get some good holds on him in our bouts here and there but he countered with his ability and strength to overcome me and I had to submit several times! He loves to submit you from behind in a choke hold so watch out! We had several good bouts and I just could not manage to submit him. Besides being a really good wrestler he is the nicest guy to talk to as well. I would love to wrestle him again in round two someday. If you have the chance to wrestle him he will give you your money's worth!

Delraguy recommendations don’t lie. He is extremely fast, he has great technique, and knows more than a few holds. He caught me off guard more than once with how fast he moves and almost got me to submit a few times. I learned immediately to take him down fast and hard. Though he still managed to slip out from time to time. I had a significant advantage in size and height but he still gave me one hell of a match. Delraguy is a talented wrestler who made me work for every submission. Also has great energy and an easy attitude on and off the mats.

Finally had the pleasure to wrestle this guy and had a blast, he's sturdy and strong, moves well on the mats, aggressive but controlled and safe. Really friendly guy off the mats too, chatty and fun to hang with, also a gracious host and easy to communicate and make arrangements with. Throw definitely earns my recommendation and I'm looking forward to wrestling him again

After many misses, I finally got to take on Jsubwrestler. I must say it was worth the wait. He is an extremely powerful wrestler and has quite an impressive flexibility. It was quite frustrating how easily he can roll around and moved me into another submission. Besides being incredibly talented, he has some amazing control. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who could simultaneously choke me out and feel utterly safe. I made him work for every submission through and did my best to keep him on his toes. Jsubwrestler was an utter pleasure to take on, and one best people talk with on and off the mat.

Had a fun competitive match with throw, a lot of back and forth moves that were hard to lock in due to how sweaty things got for the both of us. He has a good set-up with mats and is very hospitable. He goes hard but is safe. Will hopefully plan for a rematch soon.

After a long hiatus, I got to have a match with Scissorguru. He was a blast to take on. He’s got a good defense and offense. He knows that a few holds and knows how to keep the match exciting. There are a few times where I was frustrated because couldn’t quite lock on hold though that was in part due to how sweaty we both were. Scissorguru is in great shape and not surprisingly has some strong legs. He is the type of wrestler who knows how to go hard but still be safe. It was a lot of fun to talk to a with and I’m looking forward to taking him on again.

Up to this point in my wrestling journey, Throw has been the most intense wrestler that I have learned the most from. Throw is very skilled in submission wrestling. Don't let his killer smile and good looks fool you, he is a beast on the mat, but a total gentleman off the mat. Yes, Throw had total control of me, but his submissions were slow, methodical and perfect - he knew what he was doing and had such control that he would never hurt me. I did come close to submitting him a couple times - maybe I did submit him. :) I only wish Throw was closer so I could learn more from him. We had an intensive, hot, sweaty match which was the perfect mat workout. I hope to meet up and wrestle with Throw many more times. If you get the opportunity to wrestle Throw, go for it, you won't regret wrestling him and you will have a great mat experience.

ChristopherinMN Was a blast to take on. We had been messaging each other for a while and finally have a chance to meet. He surprised me with how aggressive he was, and he impressed me with his strength. Both of which made the match more challenging. He has some good techniques, but he was used to freestyle wrestling rather than submission. So I can kindly show him why do shouldn’t give me your back open. He is also quite a fighter and a funny trash talker. He almost made me submit several times, but I managed to slip out of them in part thanks to sweat. Also, I didn’t want to give him the satisfaction of making me tap out because he was a constant trash talker even when being choked out. ChristopherinMN is a kind friendly person who is extremely generous. He has an amazing singlet collection that you must check out. He has a beautiful home and mats. We had an intense match, but we were both always careful.

Australian_Wrestler a pleasure to wrestle with. He extended me an invitation and made sure that there was time for us to meet. He was a gentleman both on and off the hotel bed. Australian_Wrestlerwas fun to roll around with. He always give his all and he knows how to do good trash talk. There was a skill gap between but he always kept fighting. He is a charismatic person and brought positive energy to the room which made it more fun to take him down. Astronomers are was always safe and made me feel comfortable

The bull! Tenacious and ready to roll type of wrestler. He is resilient and loves to make you work for a submission. Can wrestle for days.....a dynamo. Boy...can he sweat too. Besides his wrestling prowess, he is a bona fide terrific guy on this site. Easy to manage a match. Accommodating and personable... all around good man. Has a great setup for matches too. I have been talking with NYleanmuscle for a while now and I was over the moon when he told me he would be in the area. NYleanmuscle lived up to the hype. He is an amazing wrestler and as you can see from his profile picture in great shape NYleanmuscle has a great offense and defense. NYleanmuscle described me as a bull in china shop and I would describe him as a boa constrictor. There were quite a few times when I got on top of him only to have his legs shoot up and make me submit. He has some extremely strong legs and knows a variety of holds to make you tap. He caught me off guard a few times with how fast he was, and it took a lot to get him to tap. NYleanmuscle was a pleasure to talk to and was kind of enough to teach me a few things. NYleanmuscle is a gentleman who you can trust and feel safe with even when he’s making you tap.

Throw, a Wrestling buddy of Longandlean, had a Wrestling "party" last night for the three of us and Spazzy....he set up the "Wrestling Room" and we all got going into a three hour sweaty round of matches. Throw is fast, fun, strong, .....a formidable "I don't submit" grappler. He withstood tight, punishing headlocks and headscissors from me, even to the extreme of a brief headache in one of my headlock/squeezes, to go on to either RNC or armbar me! I want some re-matches! He's a great host who is more than a fanatical wrestler!! I was totally exhausted but kept fighting him, Spazzy and Longandlean until I was sweaty and painfully stiff and sore..... Meeting him, Spazzy and Long is ALMOST enough to make me leave Socal.....

I had a great match with throw. I definitely wasn't up to his level yet, but we still had a good time. Very friendly and conversational.

I had a great match with Opechan. He’s new to wrestling but he’s a fighter. He’s a strong individual and can put it to use efficiently. I was in control during the match but he put up a great fight. He was a lot of fun to talk with. With some more experience and knowledge of submissions, he will become quite the wrestler.

WrestlerJay was a blast to take on. He is extremely fast, and he knows a variety of submissions. If I was able to get out of one submission, he soon put me in another. He is a very strong individual and will make you feel every submission he puts you into. He was also kind enough to teach me a thing or two. While we had an intense match, he was always safe and controlled. I highly recommend taking him on if you have the chance.

I have to say, throw is one of the nicest guys off the mats you can possibly meet. He is a gracious host, intelligent, and just an all around friendly guy. But don't be fooled, when on the mats he is a strong, fierce competitor and will absolutely take the opportunity if you leave yourself open on the mats, and let you know! I highly recommend throw. You will have a great time wrestling him.

Finally got to meet throw in his mat space and brawled for a good hour and a half. He’s not too skilled in freestyle but kept fighting and was a real gentleman and great host to boot. Handsome as well! Looking forward to my next trip back to KC!

I am taking a guess that Throw is short for throw down! I meet with Throw during a trip to Omaha, he drove a couple hours to meet me for a hotel match, though the accommodations weren't the best for a true match, we were able to get some good wrestling in! Throw has plenty of stamina and is ready to go at it again (throw down) after each submission! What he lacks in skill he makes up in endurance and stamina! He does not like to give up and put up a good fight even though I had some size on him! Nice guy to meet and wrestle, I recommend him to anyone willing to meet him for a challenge! Looking forward to wrestling him on real mats where we have room for a good match!

I drove up to Nebraska to take on liketowrestle. We wrestled in a small hotel room and it was amazing. He has some incredible technique and knows how to use his size to his advantage. He annoyingly showed me how easily he can get out of my holds. He knew of variety ways to make me tap out. He has a great defense and methodically moves you into a submission. He is extremely controlled wrestler who has his opponent’s safety in mind. Also, he has much better spatial awareness than me. A blast to wrestle with and talk to. I just wish we had more space to go at it.

Quick, agile wrestler who hates to tap out. Strong and his martial arts background certainly supplements his wrestling skills. Look forward to going at it anytime our paths cross.

Ramesh is the first person I’ve wrestle freestyle with. He was a patient teacher and taught some new moves. He is a strong man but knows how to wrestle safely. Ramesh has some great footwork and knows how to hold his body. Ramesh Is also a great host and makes his guests feel at ease. If you get the chance I highly recommend taking him on.

Great match. This dude can take a lot of punishment! He's also bigger than his profile says so he had me by about 30 lbs instead of 10 and thought for sure he was gonna kick my ass. 💪🏽Tough and strong wrestler with a big side of trash talk. We had a fun 4-way match and I really appreciated that he and Pecs came all that way. Throw is someone to watch out for - take him on if you get the chance.

It's hard to believe that this tough young tiger has only had two dozen matches under his belt. He's in VERY good shape, puts up one helleva struggle, and getting him to submit is so damn difficult that he completely tires out even more experienced guys like me. And he's quick and strong and feisty! His passion for wrestling makes him a great guy to know and wrestle, and off the mats he's refreshingly outgoing and funny and interesting. This is the kind of guy you want to wrestle over and over and then hang out with all the time in between! In sum, a great guy and a great wrestling opponent!

What can be said about DenverWrestler that hasn’t been said before. So, let’s repeat the highlights he is a strong fit man. Has a spectacular defensive game. He knows a variety of submissions and he will have you tapping before you know it. He is a controlled wrestler and will happily teach you all he knows. He knows some tight submission. He is a blast to wrestle with or just watch him wrestle with people far better than me. He is kind and generous host. He also showed me and my friend around the area. I couldn’t ask for better or kinder host. If you have the time or means, make it out to Denver.

I met Throw in one of my trips for work and he is a tough young guy that really wants to wrestle and have a good FUN & SAFE match. He is in good shape, even if I had him down he puts a big struggle escape and turn the tables around, but took me some effort to make him to submit. He is quick and strong and and a VERY HOT guy to have him so sweaty and hot because no matter what he is giving 100% when he is wrestling. He is also a very attractive great guy to know on the mats and off the mats.
I will not hesitate to wrestle him again over and over as a fun safe great guy and a great opponent!

I had the pleasure of taking on Rassle4Fun. He is a very strong and talented wrestler. I spent most of the match being overpowered by him and fighting to get out of his holds. Rassle4Fun knows how to use his strength and size effectively. Every time I almost had an advantage he quickly regained control. He is also a friendly and controlled wrestler who knows how to safely put someone through the paces. I’d also advise avoiding being bearhug by him ;). Rassle4Fun was also a great host and entertaining person to the shit with. I hope to get the chance to wrestle with him again.

It was a pleasure to get some mat time with this enthusiastic, built and handsome wrestler. Throw is super strong, determined, quick and one of those fun guys that you could wrestle around with for hours to utter exhaustion. I wish I could say I got him to tap, but his resolve is like no other. Hopefully next time I can get a tap or two out of him. I had so much fun wrestling with wrknprogress. As you can see from his profile picture he is quite a strong man and he knows how to use it. We both went at with everything we had. I had to fight constantly to get out of holds and there many a time he almost had me tapping. He knew when to attack and does not let up. The few times were I almost had him he quickly got out of it. He is a true gentlemen and pleasure to wrestle with.

This guy is fun! has a ways to grow in skills, but learns very fast and can go forever! defintly a meet again!

Wrestling Yusufu was an experience. He is lighting fast and he flows from one hold to another seamlessly. He fit and strong and well versed in variety of holds. Wrestling him was like sparing a black belt. He was controlled and careful as he kicked my ass. He was an extremely patient teacher and kindly taught me a few things. He also a rather funny guy.

Throw is a gentleman and a strong, talented wrestler. I recommend him for anyone wanting a good match. He was also careful to make sure the old guy (me) didn't get hurt.

Big Guy was a fun person to take on. He kindly made the long drive to my house. He is strong man and it took a lot to get him to submit. Often, I simply couldn’t move him at all and I’m still mad at him that I couldn’t get good arm bar on him. he was also a pleasure to talk with before and after the match.

Now onto the real recommendation Viper was a fantastic man to take on. He is a strong and patient wrestler. He will wait for the perfect moment then hit you with everything he has. The few occasions where he lost the advantage he quickly found a way to gain it back. He knows a variety of holds and has almost a physic sense of what someone can handle. Viper is an extremely controlled wrestler and who knows how to tie someone in knots without breaking them. Also, Viper is a hilarious shit talker that had me laughing and fighting even harder to get out of his holds. Viper is a funny, safe, and controlled wrestler. I highly recommended taking him on if you get the chance.

Great competitive match. I had a great time with this guy, he's solid. I would love to challenge him on actual mats rather than on hotel beds. I think we had a great time going back and forth. Watch out for his body scissors and choke hold. He kept tapping me out with that move. I was definitely his jobber at the end of the day. However, I got a few bearhugs on him and squeezed him out. I highly recommend him. I had a great time.

I had a great match with JobberJ. He us a real competitor and a pleasure to test myself against him. JobberJ is a strong man and an he can do an impressive bearhug. I had an edge in the match but he fought me every step of the way. He also knows how to do a great body scissors himself. He also did some fun probe moves on me. He knows how to throw a guy around safely. I had a great time with jobber J and look forward to taking him on again.

I definitely recommend Galen - he's aggressive and scrappy with a no quit attitude. I also really appreciate he dove 3 hours up to Omaha to take me on. He's a must wrestle if you're ever passing through KC.

Mike86 was a pleasure to taken on. He was quite strong and fast opponent. He quickly got me tapping multiple times in a variety of holds. Mike86 dominated me the entire match but he was always safe and stopped the moment I tapped. He was great host and he quite a funny guy. I looking forward to taking him on again.

Tough to add to all the terrific things already said! Was a total blast wrestling this tough, strong, enthusiastic, fun wrestler with the stamina to go on forever! Just a real friendly guy to talk with begore, during and after the match. He got the better of me, but will be back to take him on again! Highly recommend! Do not pass him up if get the chance!

tomhand37 was a thrill and a pleasure to wrestle with. A strong guy who took a lot to make him tap. He made me work for every submission. Also he was a great shit talker who made me work harder and laugh at the same time. I had a giant grin on my face the entire time I was wrestling with him. We wrestled off and on for almost 4 hours. Throw is really strong and he has good technique. He is will to wrestle at the level your at. Very respectful on and off the mats. Don't let him mislead you, throw is a tough opponent and really put me through my paces. He is strong, focused, and determined. Mlutteur Is one of the toughest opponents I’ve ever taken on. He is near immovable at times and then strikes like a python. He had me submitting so many times I lost count. He also knows a variety of submission holds and he knows how to do them safely. Mutteur is a great host and a pleasure to talk with before and after match. It was an honor to take on such a tough and experienced wrestler. Mlutteur is also one nicest people I’ve met and I highly recommend him whatever your experience level.

Throw is a really nice guy and great guy to wrestle. We had a back and forth competitive match. He is a good sport, has strong legs, I know from his scissors and great endurance. We went back and forth but his endurance stayed strong towards the end. I had a blast and would recommend Throw to one and all. He has a sense of humor and made it very enjoyable match. We got to try some different holds on each other during the match which was fun . Throw has good technique and good holds. He was considerate of his opponent which made the back and forth match fun.

Mason is a very strong man and a talented wrestler. He had me submitting multiple times and even when I thought I almost had him he got me in another hold. I had a fantastic time wrestling him and it was a pleasure talking with him afterward. I highly recommend.
