Good effort. Just to be easy on your joints, keep your arms 5%, 10% bent at the end so the muscle tension remains and supports your weight. A little harder but less impact. Go Girl!

Thank you for the advice. I will try that. I do like hanging at the end, but I will do what you suggested.
