Here's my first entry for the pull-up challenge. Not particularly good, but i did it as my warmup set fo the rest of my "pull" workout. Clean form though.
If you are interested in some of the variations i do, a second video (reviewed and up) show me doing sets of wide-grip pull-ups immediately after this was shot - wider and different grips for more balanced development.
