Looking for a private fight venue within about a 3-4 hour drive of the Chicago area. Needs to be private enough that little to no clothing, possible stakes and blood/KOs aren't a problem. A reasonable rental fee or negotiated arrangement is fine.
Requirements:
- Needs to be in the area specified. If it's in a totally different part of the country or world it's irrelevant of and of no use here, so no need to bring it up.
- Can be indoor (room, ring, cage) or outdoor (private cabin or campsite), but the fight area should be clear of obstructions. Don't want to worry about banging into desks or TVs, being held responsible for damaged property or obstacles injuring fighters.
- Private means private. No chance of nosey neighbors or staff stumbling in, interrupting, filing noise complaints, calling cops, etc. Not in clear view of neighbors or passers by.
- Prefer timing to be somewhat flexible in regards to time of day or length of session. If it's free overnight or multiple days even better.
- Pics of the venue would be great!
Please don't message just to make a dumb suggestion like a hotel room (which everyone is already aware of and won't work for several of the reasons already mentioned), or just with vague 2nd hand rumors that you can't verify in any way. Looking for solid leads only. Ideally prefer to deal with whomever owns or operates the property directly, as opposed to endless messages with middle-men with their own agenda.
Also don't want to deal with anyone super flakey or who has constantly disappearing/reappearing profile, who might bail on me with little notice.
Any good, solid suggestions or leads would be very appreciated so feel free to hit me up. Direct messages are preferred to follow-up posts on the thread. If it's not helpful to the primary goal I would prefer people not chime in with unhelpful commentary or unnecessary opinions. Thanks.
