Take a look at my profile...Boston is one of my favourite specialities....! Can lock you into that hold hard, heavy and cranked on. You would sub quickly. Then comes slow punishment in the hold until you say you have to quit. No-one has ever not submitted in my crab, and I reckon it is the most punishing hold in promission wrestling. Also love to be in it too...but don't bend all that well cos got too much muscle mass. Need to stretch more and with better discipline in my training schedule. Here is Zoltan Boscik showing a perfect example. How the guy underneath survived in this even for seconds I just don't know. Can you take it? Please log in to view gallery photos.
