Alexandra Park BJJ will be running a free martials arts open on Saturday 9th January 2016. The Start time will be 12:00pm til 1:30pm
The open mat will take place at Alexandra Park BJJ Club, Alexandra Park School, Rhodes Ave, London, N22 7UT.
It is open to everyone regardless of style or affiliation. Please note the emphasis will be on grappling and BJJ. So if you want some sparring or just want to drill come down.
