I still remember his fight against Dustin Rhodes for some middleweight belt. I must have been about 9 when I watched it, and Dustin Rhodes just couldn't quite get the pin, with Rick taunting him, and letting him get so close to winning over and over again, only to deny him a microsecond before the 3 count. One time he thought he'd pinned him, but Rick had his foot against the rope, and another time he did actually pin him, but the referee was distracted. All the time Dustin was getting more and more frustrated, and then Rick used the belt itself to smash Dustin in the face and knock him out, winning the bout just right at the end.
I used to fantasise that I was Dustin, being so close to winning the title, and then Rick Rude denying me at the last possible moment, and then posing and gloating over my helpless body.
OMG yes he was amazing, great looking, great attitude, amazing wrestler, and that body WOW. I loved watching him tear his opponents apart and always wanted to be in that ring worshipping him. That said I’d worship you too, you’re HOT AS FUCK
