Another visit to Glasgow and thanks to Pete for a great time, good food and hospitality as well. Back to Robs last month and going down again soon.Mat an American guy from Grunts at Robs and next trip there might be two meets as his house is always popular. . Thanks again to David in Cambs, for our third excellent meeting, complete with tourism, culture and history and to Brian, from Tyneside, for not being too "dirty" at his fighting as he is sooooo much bigger than me! . This is such a great site and I have never regretted switching my time here from Coronation Street and The Bill. Meeting Brian again next week, hiking and fun in the woods.....? In Novemeber....?? In the Borders!.....???? . Cheers, J.

A busySummer.

Its been very full , what with some weeks on my canal boat and others with foreign visitors, I haven't really had time to do much work on the cottage....roofs suffered in the one metre of snow last winter!. . The new works to refit the kitchen and bathroom both still need some small amounts of finishing. Meantime there are other more pressing jobs to do, but the visitors keep arriving. No complaints mind you, they are great fun and I welcome the company. (Phew, that was a close one) . This summer I have had Ukranians and French, with the Germans still expected. Also friends from this site from Yorkshire and London have visited, to compliment my leisure time! I find some of these ALLFIGHTERS visits very.....erm, well ....tying, if you know what I mean! . However I have also been away to meet some really cool guys from this site including Robert, Ken, David and Mike, so thanks to all you guys, not just for the wrestling, but also the hiking and nice meals!. . Well, its on with the day job now...gardening! . Jon

Well I am touring France, Germany and Switzerland for a couple of months this spring.......backpacking and visiting friends. Great camping, hiking, site seeing and some wrestling meets too! . I wish I knew more guys from these countries!!........but all that work on the hills has increased my leg muscles at the expense of all the food and wine, which seems to have settled on the waist line?!! Mmmmm!

Met up with Blackwrestleruk and had a great time in a number of hot sessions. An experienced guy who doesn't mind coaching a novice and great company off the mat. . Must thank Robert England for hosting us on that occasion and I have just arranged another meet with Black wrestler on his home ground.....Mmmmmm I wonder if he will be harder on me the second time around? Somehow, I doubt it!!! lol.

Well, this year I am trying to expand my experience and its been a great start....Frottage and oil wrestling have been added to the list! Both with really nice, hospitable guys and both in Glasgow! Mmmm, what is it about those Scots guys?! . Had a really good time with both of these meets and I would certainly like to repeat the experiences....Both theses guys have invites to share my hospitality here...this site has such friendly people.. . Meanwhile the new bathroom is undergoing its test period, prior to me dismantling the old bathroom to convert it into another guest room....anyone want a genuine cast iron bath?? Its just too big and heavy to get out in oune piece so I have consulted and expert who has told me exactly where to hit it with a hammer, to get four smaller bits of bath! . Onward and upward...more meets in the process of arranging before the end of the month. Happy days.
