I can take the hardest hit - plus it feels somehow hottest, mid-abs. Really strong upper - even at the solar plexus - bring it on! Lower abs are strong, but less so. Plus somehow they seem easier to surface - bruise. Had some hard punches here lately though, often mixed in with rolling

i can take hard abuse above the navel but the closer it gets to the stomach is another story. its edge work for me in that region but i love it too
