I got gutpunch 2 days ago on my soft belly, and my insides still hurt..
Did someone have felt the same thing and how long the pain have been lasted?
That’s normal after a good gp session. After each of the sessions I had, my belly hurt for a few days (2 or 3), just like when you exaggerate in abs exercises. I could barely bend to tight my shoelaces😁
After that the pain was over, since it was just muscular.

1/08/2021 11:40 PMIf it's just muscular pain and soreness it will hurt for a couple of days. If the pain is deeper inside and doesn't subside, see the doctor again.

Should be over one a day or two. If not you might need to check with a doc just in case

Yeah..i'm just coming back from the doc, he didn't feel anything but asked me to wait 7 more days to see if the pain remains..👍

I took 30 or 40 hits in an hour..
The day after it hurt, but less the next day...still hurt tho
