Great to hear that Josh will make it. He's such a great instructor / coach / wrestling partner for all styles and skillsets and willing to roll with everyone at the intensity level they want. At the last meet, in addition to doing grappling and sub wrestling he took time to show me some "secrets of pro" that were really fun. Hoping more lighter weights and guys interested in pro will show up this time.
Sorry to say, josh wont be there now. Everyother weekend he has a new family obligation now. We need to change the day or replace him. The weekend before he is unavailable due to traveling for a show. And the next weekend there is a group using the facility.
Update, josh rearranged some stuff and now he can be there. Hope some boxers show up, always wanted to see josh box. He does celebritie boxing you know.
The next Open Gym Day at the matroom in Claymont, DE will be Saturday, 11/13/21 from Noon to 5 PM.
All welcome! All wrestling styles, boxing, gut punching.
All ages and skill levels.
The event will be posted here a couple weeks before the event.
At the last two events, we setup the mats for oil wrestling during the last hour and it was a blast. We'll do that again if there are guys interested in participating.
Pro ring remains available during that hour too for continues regular wrestling and boxing.
The pro wrestler, Josh, will be there again to teach, demonstrate and wrestle with any and all attendees.
