WIth that in mind I have a couple of questions:
!. I have fairly extensive medical background and anatomical knowledge. What risks are there for an extreme session to the mid and lower gut? intestines are empty, no food 24 hours prior; urinary bladder also empty. no upper gut shots allowed...prostate? great vessels? The intestines and viscera will bruise but in my mind nothing more beyond that.
2. has anybody ever had an extreme session either as a giver or a taker and has anybody ever had a catastrophy from gutpunching?
3. I plan on no food for 24 hours prior and will even douche out prior to a session....because I want to avoid a bowel control issue. does anybody have any experience with this?
