You’ll need a six sided dice and a set of six potential punishments / stakes for the loser. After any submission, the winner rolls the dice to see what the loser has to endure. Could be humiliating, painful or sexual.

Loser loses his clothes for the rest of the match
Loser sucks the winners cock
Loser gets fucked
Loser gets put in a 5 min hold of the winners choice
Loser gets bare ass sparked
Loser gets 10 clothespins wherever the winner wants
Or make up whatever stakes make sense for you. Both fighters will fight hard no knowing what the potential stakes are going to be for losing - and there’s an element of surprise and chance that gets worked into the match. Stakes don’t have to be sexual either. Could just be six different punishment holds.
