Hard cup v. Soft cup

I've never heard of a soft cup before, I have a couple of hard cups but I wouldn't use them wrestling, my nuts enjoy impact too much. I do agree wearing really tight gear, shorts, jeans or whatever allows your balls a bigger hit than loose, I'm surprised how many guys say they feel the opposite.

Using CBT and ballbusting to disable an opponent is definitely effective, painful, and humiliating. Wearing a protective cup will provide protection but as long as the cup stays in position and doesn't get dislodged or removed. Do you wear a cup? Or do you prefer wearing tight fitting gear to keep the secure and not loose which helps because loose nuts can be easily busted. Of course naked wrestling all bets are off, everything is exposed for busting. Below is description about how to properly wear a cup.
Wearing a well fitted secure hard cup will provide maximum protection. The cup must be secure inside a jockstrap and not loose. It maybe a good idea to wear tight fitting spandex briefs or compression pants over the jockstrap to help keep the cup securely in place. If the cup fits loose or becomes dislodged any direct impact will result in pain or injury as if not wearing a cup.
Wearing a soft cup is great for sports that involves a lot of body movement such as basketball and wrestling. The soft cup will provide limited protection from light punches and knee strikes. The soft cup provides effective protection from a guy who is trying to grab and squeeze your balls. But the soft cup must be securely in place and not loose. A dislodged cup can be used to maximize ballbusting pain and damage.
