For me,, 3 fights,,3 defeats, lack of stamina and Lower belly blows the main reasons. Low blows force uncontrollable groans and moans from me, my rival catches on to that very quickly and concentrate their punches to that area. For me, I lose the ability to stay flexed, the fists start sinking in, continued punishment takes the fight out of you, painful, saps your strength, ends the fight. I'm sure working out would help.
Getting hit below the navel would be painful, but no worse than the rest of the belly. The worst place to take a hard hit would be in the solar plexus. That will have you rolling on the ground
Exactly what I like. Hard hits to the solar plexus to have the wind knocked out of me. By a puncher who doesn't care if he hurts me or not.

In the movie Road House there was lots of fighting and lots of punching in the gut. There was one scene where this big guy with this huge hanging belly got punched once in the gut. I think he took it below the belt and it dropped him to his knees. Is that a favorite place to punch a big guy?
